A film project made up of twenty-two short films lasting three minutes, inspired by six topics from the Declaration: culture, development, dignity and justice, environment, gender and participation.
On the occasion of the 60th anniversary of the Universal Declaration of Human Rights, and at the initiative of the United Nations High Commissioner for Human Rights, ART for the World, together with directors and artists from five continents, produced a film project made up of twenty-two short films lasting three minutes, inspired by six topics from the Declaration: culture, development, dignity and justice, environment, gender and participation.
The films were followed by a discussion with key-note speakers David B. Roosevelt, (Founder of the International Four Freedoms Forum and Consultant to International Philanthropy) and Charles-Michel Geurts (Deputy Head of the Human Rights and Democratisation Unit of the European Commission).
