Ciné-ONU, the Jane Goodall Institute Belgium and the VUB invited you to the screening of ‘Love MEATender’.
Humans eat far more meat than the planet can provide. Animals reduced to the status of machines, pollution, exhaustion of natural resources, global warming – the earth is already paying the price of our excessive meat consumption. The consequences for the human body are also manifold, from obesity to cancers, and resistance to antibiotics. Love Meatender brings compassion to our plates and persuades us to reconsider our image of the food chain.
